Your Tally books on Android, iPhone and the web
TallyNexa puts your TallyPrime or Tally ERP 9 books on your phone. A small Windows connector syncs the books from the office PC; the Android and iPhone apps and the web app read the synced copy, so reports, outstanding bills, cash and stock are available anywhere — even when the office PC is switched off.
What you get
Android and iPhone apps
Native apps for both, plus the same product in any phone or desktop browser.
Works with the office PC off
Everyone reads the synced copy; Tally only needs to be open while a sync runs.
All the reports
18 reports — day book, ledgers, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, sales, purchases, stock, outstanding.
Share with your CA
Give your accountant access to just the companies they need.
Create entries too
Draft invoices, receipts and journals on your phone; they post to Tally after approval.
How it works
- Install the TallyNexa connector on the Windows PC that runs Tally and pick your companies.
- The first sync imports your history; after that only changes are sent.
- Sign in on the Android or iPhone app, or in any browser.
- Each screen shows when the books were last synced, so a stopped sync is never silent.
Questions about tally on mobile
How can I see TallyPrime data on my phone?
TallyPrime can show reports in a browser with an active TSS subscription. TallyNexa is an independent app that syncs your TallyPrime or Tally ERP 9 books and adds Android and iPhone apps, WhatsApp, AI answers, a cash forecast and reconciliations on top.
Do I need the office PC on to see my data?
No. Tally needs to be open only while a sync runs. The apps read the synced copy at any time.
Can more than one person use it?
Yes. Owners, accountants and CAs can each have their own login, limited to the companies you share.
