TallyNexa does not replace TallyPrime. Your books stay in Tally and your team keeps entering vouchers there.
TallyPrime already includes GSTR-2B reconciliation, a cash flow projection report, reports in a browser (with TSS) and TallyIra. TallyNexa adds Android and iPhone apps, WhatsApp, verified AI answers, a 13-week scenario forecast, collections ranked by risk, TDS and bank checks, an audit trail across syncs and an MCP endpoint.
