Shipping and delivery policy

A plan is delivered online, to your TallyNexa account. When you pay online through Razorpay, the plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and the GST invoice appears on Plan and billing.

When you pay by bank transfer against our invoice, the plan starts within one working day of the money reaching us.

The TallyNexa connector, which reads your books from Tally, is downloaded from your account at tallynexa.ai. There is no physical delivery and no delivery charge.

If your plan has not started within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to hello@tallynexa.ai with the Razorpay payment id. We start it, or refund the payment as our refund policy says.
