Terms and conditions

TallyNexa is a product of MarketPing, a sole proprietorship based in Thane, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the website, the TallyNexa app, the TallyNexa connector and every plan bought from us. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.

TallyNexa reads the books you keep in TallyPrime through the TallyNexa connector, a program you install on the computer that runs Tally, and shows them as dashboards, reports, GST and TDS checks and answers from Nexa AI. It is delivered online: there is nothing to ship.

TallyNexa is an independent product. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd. Tally and TallyPrime are their trademarks.

You give us correct details when you sign up and keep your password to yourself. The admin of an account decides who else may use it and what each person may see. You are responsible for what is done through your account.

Our plans and their prices are on the Plans section of tallynexa.ai and on Plan and billing inside the app. Prices are in Indian rupees, for one year, before GST at 18%, which is added to the amount you pay.

You pay in advance for a year, online through Razorpay (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets) or by bank transfer against our GST invoice. A plan paid online starts as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, and our GST invoice appears on Plan and billing.

A new account starts with a free trial of 7 days. No card is needed for the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends.

If TallyNexa is not right for you, ask within 30 days of a payment and we refund it in full, as our cancellation and refund policy at tallynexa.ai/refund explains.

A plan does not renew by itself and we never charge you without your action. You renew it from Plan and billing.

If a paid term ends without renewal, the account keeps working for 15 days, then becomes read-only for 60 days (you can see and export everything, but not change or send anything), then it is parked for 90 days. Nothing is deleted without 30 days' written notice to the account's admin.

Your books are yours. We use them only to provide the service to you, as our privacy notice at tallynexa.ai/privacy explains. You can export your books at any time, and deleting your account deletes the books synced to us.

Reports, checks and Nexa AI's answers are worked out from the books you keep in Tally, and are only as complete as those books. They help you decide; they are not legal, tax or investment advice. Check anything important before you act on it, and nothing is posted to Tally without your approval.

Do not use TallyNexa for anything unlawful, to reach data that is not yours, to overload or attack the service, or to copy or resell it. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell its admin why.

We take care to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. We tell account admins of a material change before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
